Celebrate the season and support residents, at the NHNH’s Christmas Bazaar!

The Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home (NHNH) invites you to join us for our annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday December 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the NHNH Activity Room (corner of Elgin Ave. and Robinson St.). This long-standing community event offers a wonderful opportunity to embrace the holiday spirit while making a meaningful impact.

The NHNH Christmas Bazaar is a vital fundraiser that directly benefits the NHNH Residents Council. Every dollar raised will help fund essential programs and activities, that enhance the well-being and quality of life for our residents. Your support ensures we can continue offering meaningful experiences that bring joy and connection throughout the year.

By attending you can look forward to a wide variety of offerings, including a penny table with generous donations from local businesses, exciting raffles, games, pictures with Santa, an “ugly” Christmas sweater contest and a selection of homemade baked goods. Additionally, local vendors will showcase their unique items — perfect for holiday shopping!

“The Christmas Bazaar is a wonderful tradition that brings our community together,” says Linda Schaeffer, NHNH Activity Coordinator. “The funds raised make a significant difference, allowing us to provide enriching activities and special moments that brighten the lives of our residents. We are grateful for the community’s support.”

We invite everyone to join us on Saturday December 7 from 9am-1pm to celebrate the season, enjoy the festivities, and support a great cause! Your participation and generosity will help create a brighter holiday for our residents and a stronger sense of community.
