How To Apply

Thank you for your interest in joining our vibrant group of volunteers!

Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to place all applicants.  We will do our best to find a match for your skills, interests, availability, and abilities.

Prior to volunteering, all applicants must complete an immunization form, including a 2-step Mantoux test for tuberculosis and all adult volunteers must submit a Vulnerable Sector Check.  Forms for both of these will be provided to you during the interview process.

Also note that all applicants must provide documentation of a minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations.

Please note that Junior volunteers are required to commit to a minimum of 60 hours of volunteer service.

Volunteering with NGH/NHNH has many benefits including meeting new people, making a positive difference in the lives of others and learning new skills.  Volunteering is a great way to stay connected within your community – you will make a difference!

With appreciation,

Kerri Emberlin
Director of Volunteer & Spiritual Care Services
