Individuals making a request for access to information or correction of personal information are required by Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) to pay fees for the activities required for processing their request.

  • Every effort will be made to provide a fee estimate when the fees for processing your access request are expected to exceed $25.00.
  • NGH may require the requester to pay 50% of the total estimated fee in advance, if it is anticipated to exceed $100.00.
  • All payments for service is due in full at the time the records are provided.
